Ball mill safety operation manual. The correct ball mill operation specification or not, is very important. 1, every operator should master the key structure of mill, equipment performance and operation key points.
2, preparation and inspection before driving:
(1) remove hindrance around the machine works of sundry, boot bell are in good condition, whether the auxiliary transmission and host release;
(2) inspect all fasteners for security firm;
(3) check all lubricating points are in good condition. Have of dilute oil station to check whether the high and low pressure pump is normal, the lubrication system of traffic, whether the oil level reaches the prescribed scope; Winter thin oil terminal temperature not less than 25 ℃, otherwise the application of electric heater heating, make the oil temperature of start requirements;
(4) check whether the cooling water pipe is smooth, no leaking everywhere good seal;
(5) all relevant instruments, good lighting, signal device shall be completed;
(6) motor and control system shall be complete good;
(7) all accessories should be properly functioning;
(8) the power supply voltage should be within the prescribed scope;
3, drive to note:
This mill drive normal order: (1) the main motor lubricating oil station - reducer lubrication station, two sliding shoe bearing low pressure oil pump, two slipper bearing high pressure oil pump, main motor, delay stop two slipper bearing high pressure gas station.
(2) of the machine drive in process order normal boot, when start each device, must wait for a properly functioning before open again after the next device. Parking order according to the inverse process sequence downtime, when parking, each device must be before emptying a device, such as the stop again after a device;
(3) the mill to parking should be stop feeding half an hour, a stop order: main motor, main motor lubricating oil station, reducer lubrication oil station - start two bearing high pressure oil pump - delay stop two high and low pressure bearing lubrication oil pump;
Stop grinding, lubricating oil pump should also be running for a period of time, keep the journal can have enough oil, until completely cooling barrel.
(4) in order to ensure the mill you have enough voltage at startup, before the start of each workshop load should be restricted.
4, ball mill, found that one of the following problems in the operation, should stop grinding processing:
(1) the sliding shoe bearing main bearing vibration amplitude is greater than 0.1 ㎜;
(2) main bearing lubrication and cooling system malfunction, bearing shell temperature more than 55 ℃ and continued to rise;
(3) all the connecting bolt looseness, break or fall off;
(4) in the mill parts fall off of abnormal noise;
(5) across the board for every storehouse board, grate plate hole clogging and affect production;
(6) reducer occurs when abnormal vibration and noise;
(7) gear reducer and lubricating system of main shaft failure caused by temperature rise over specified value;
(8) motor bearing temperature and when the current exceeds the specified value.
5, the values of the parameters in the normal operation of the index of equipment:
(1) the rolling bearing temperature does not exceed 70 ℃;
(2) the reducer temperature does not exceed 65 ℃;
(3) thin oil lubrication station parameters requirements:
A. tank temperature control at 25 ℃ ~ 45 ℃, lower than 20 ℃ to start the heater, 45 ℃ higher than the open cooling water;
B. normal filter pressure difference is less than 0.1 Mpa, more than 0.15 Mpa should switch to another filter in time, and timely cleaning spare;
(4) cooling water in and out of the water temperature is not more than 15 ℃, otherwise, find out the reason and increase the circulation of water;
(5) the motor temperature rise shall not exceed the specified value, generally no more than 60 ℃;
(6) the work voltage and current value in the stable value consistent with the rated parameters in the process of operation.
